Button or Collar Studs from the 1800s

Beautiful etched design collar or button studs in very good condition with a little plate wear on the back when viewed thru a loupe.  They are marked Pat. Aug. 24, 1890.  The front measures 3/4" diameter and the stud on the back measures just under 1/2" diameter.  It flips up to easily insert into the button hole.
