Red and Clear Rhinestone Costume Ring

This is a real sparkler. It has small clear glued in rhinestones on each side of a large red prong set rhinestone. The ring is marked 18 Kt GEPAD (I think) I can't read it clearly. It is a size 4 and is not adjustable. It is in excellent condition and all the stones are bright and clear.
