Dangling Blue Shells Bracelet Earrings

This is a very unusual bracelet and earrings set.  They are made of small dyed blue seashells attached to little chains making the bracelet and clip earrings very dense with dangling shells.  The clasp is marked Sterling.  I am not certain whether the chain and small chains are sterling.  There are four brass rings to attach the clasp to.  The clip earrings are silver tone and not marked.  There are some chips on some of the shells.  The bracelet measures to the first ring 7 5/8" up to 9" and it has a dangling shell at the end.  The earrings measure 1 3/8" long.
