Kramer Wire Figural Dog Face? Brooch Br110

The brooch is made of tiny wires. Now to me this looks like a terrier dog face. But it could be something else. It has a wire mustache and it has little blue cabochon eyes. The brooch is quite lovely and very different. It is in excellent condition and shows no wear or loss. It is marked on the back Kramer. It measures 1" diameter and it stands out 3/4".
