Shipping & Returns

Shipping:All items are shipped by United States Postal Service.

1. Priority Mail, USPS, shipping, handling - $6.00.

2. 1st Class Mail, USPS, shipping, handling - $3.50

If you purchase more than one item, the shipping charges are only charged once as long as all items ship together to one address.

I pack everything with great care. If your order is returned to me as undeliverable, customer must pay any additional shipping charges before order is resent.

International Shipping:

1. I no longer ship outside the USA.

Returns and Refunds:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your items for a refund (this does not include items at auction, fix me category, large jewelry lots or craft lots). Large jewelry lots, craft lots, fix me and auction items will have a notation that all sales are final in the listing. There is a 15% restocking fee for returns. The shipping, handling are non-refundable. To receive a refund you must email me within 24 hours after receiving your items for an authorization number. The refund is for the purchase amount only. Items must be postmarked and mailed within 3 days after you have received them. Items must be sent by Priority Mail at buyers expense and returned in the same condition as they were received, unworn. After items have been received & inspected by A Costume Jewelry Shop, a refund will be processed withn 24 hours, less shipping, handling. No C.O.D. or postage due accepted on returned items. The above time frame for refunds must be followed otherwise all sales are final. The shipping and return policy are subject to change at any time.



Payment Methods Accepted in the USA:


1. Major credit cards accepted through PayPal only. I do not accept credit cards over the phone, by mail, fax or through email. If you are unfamiliar with PayPal, you may visit their site at https://www.paypal.com My shopping cart will direct you through checkout, to PayPal if you would like to use your credit card.
2. eChecks using Pay Pal (allow approx. 4 days for processing)
3. Money Order
4. Cashiers Check
5. Personal Check (allow up to 18 days for clearance)

We must receive your payment within 7 days or item will be returned to stock. Items will be shipped when payment has been received and has cleared.

Your order will be placed on hold in a Pending status until we receive your payment.

Your products will be mailed within 48 hrs after payment is received, for PayPal (credit cards, bank account, or PayPal balance), Money Orders, Cashiers Check. Items will be mailed after clearance if paid by Personal Check or by PayPal eCheck.

Texas Residents will be subject to 8.25% Sales Tax unless you are a business and provide a Resale Certificate.

Please do not mail cash.
