Silver Tone Cowboy Hat Stars Clip Earrings

The earrings appear to be silver plated as they were tarnished.  I have polished them.  They are not marked but they are on their original card I believe and the price tag on the back reads 30.00.  The earrings are clip cowboy hat with hanging stars.  They measure 2 3/4" x 1" and they are in excellent condition.
