Sterling Silver Turquoise Ring Size 7

The ring is marked 925 for sterling silver.  It has a turquoise stone in the center.  On the sides it has a triangular shape with either brass or gold, I just have no idea what that part is made of.  The ring is in very good condition.  The front measures 3/4" long.
