Sterling Southwest Turquoise Bracelet

The bracelet is marked Sterling and has a turquoise center.  It is quite tarnished and needs a polish.  It fits a small wrist.  It measures 6 1/4" in circumference including the 1 1/4" opening.  It is 1/2" wide in the front and tapers to 3/16".
