Tropical Floral Necklace and Earrings

The necklace and earrings are quite beautiful and tropical.  The necklace is beaded with dark green and black beads with a snap on clasp marked Pat. 2007 on one piece and USA Pat. 4074400.  The earrings are for pierced ears and measure 1 3/4" x 1 3/8".  The necklace measures 27" long.  The floral piece measures 3 1/4" x 2 1/2".  I have no idea what this set is made of.  It seems like it may be some type of plastic.  The front of the pieces are heavily laquered.
